We make every effort to display our artwork, prints, colors, and product descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the printed artwork.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or services without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our artwork and print-on-demand products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

Art prints
Framed prints
Limited edition prints
Custom artwork
Personalized items
Sale items

Color variations between digital displays and printed products are normal and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, graphics, logos, text, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Dani Becca Art and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a print does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any copyright rights. All copyrights remain the exclusive property of the artist.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce artwork
Sell, distribute, or modify artwork
Use artwork for commercial purposes
Create derivative works without written permission
Scan, photograph, or digitally reproduce purchased artwork for resale or distribution

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dani Becca Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
